Robotics Teams is a shared workspace for VEX GO, IQ and V5 teams at Hong Kong schools. Teachers, coaches and students use it for engineering notebooks, tasks, competition countdowns, parts and files.

Join by invite
A school admin, teacher or coach sends an email invite. You open the link and choose your own password. There is no public sign-up.
VEX GO, IQ and V5
All three programs share one workspace. V5 and IQ teams can link a RobotEvents team and see public rankings and skills scores. VEX GO has no RobotEvents event data; those teams still use notebooks, tasks and files.
Notebooks and student details stay private
Engineering notebooks, student names, chat and files are visible only to authorised teachers, coaches and teammates. Search engines do not see them.

Who can use Robotics Teams?
Teachers, coaches, team leaders and members invited by their school. Each person only sees the schools and teams they are allowed to open.
How do I join Robotics Teams?
You cannot sign up on your own. Ask your school's teacher, coach or admin for an invite. You will get an email link and choose your own password.
Which VEX programs does Robotics Teams support?
VEX GO, VEX IQ and VEX V5. V5 and IQ can show public competition data for a linked team. GO has no RobotEvents data and uses the workspace only.
Are engineering notebooks and student details public?
No. Notebooks, student names, chat and files are only for authorised people. The only public pages are these product descriptions.
How is Robotics Teams different from RobotEvents and VEXcode?
RobotEvents publishes events and rankings. VEXcode is for writing robot programs. Robotics Teams is the school team's workspace for the engineering process, tasks, parts and files, and it can link to public competition data.
